I work with young women in their teens and early 20s who feel stuck in a cycle of anxiety, self-doubt, or overwhelm. Whether you’re navigating friendships, relationships, break ups, family dynamics, or school and pressures of future decisions, I’ll help you find the tools to feel confident and in control of yourself and your life.
Trusting someone new is always a big step, and there can be a lot of fears that come with that. With my carefully developed PEARL Pathway, we’ll remove your fears and work together to release anxiety, rebuild your resilience, and help you feel like yourself again. Coaching with me is about lasting transformation—giving you the tools to continue your growth after our sessions.
In the first session, you will experience a safe, judgment-free space where you will feel so comfortable sharing your story or disclosing a problem you are facing (or just getting to know each other!). Alison will focus on connecting with you, and gently uncover the roots of your challenges.
Through thoughtful questions and intuitive listening, Alison will guide you in uncovering the root causes of your struggles. This deep clarity becomes the foundation for building new strategies and starting your transformation. To support your growth, Alison may incorporate tools like hypnotherapy, creative visualisation, or other techniques to help you express your feelings and move forward with confidence.
Using tools like hypnotherapy, NLP, and positive psychology, you will be supported to reconnect with your values, identify you strengths, and align your goals with who you truly are.
You will be empowered to release old habits, limiting beliefs, or emotional baggage. With practical strategies and resources, you will begin rebuilding your confidence, resilience, and freedom. You will start to feel more at ease with your past and focused on what your next steps are to rewrite your next chapter and future story.
As sessions progress, you will notice yourself changing, and will be supported to step fully into your new, empowered self. With tools, hypnotherapy recordings, and ongoing encouragement, you will be empowered to continue thriving beyond the coaching relationship.
When: Sessions are available on weekday evenings (online only), and Saturdays (in person)
