I’m Alison, founder of Pearl Potential!
With over 10 years of experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and expertise in neurolinguistics, hypnotherapy, and positive psychology, I’ve made it my mission to help young women overcome anxiety, build resilience, and step into their full potential.
My passion for this work doesn’t just come from my professional background—it comes from my own story.
As a teenager, I faced the deeply emotional challenge of my parents’ messy divorce. It left me feeling lost, as though my world had turned upside down. At the same time, my friendships were shifting, and I felt as though no one understood me and that I had no one I could trust. I was angry, scared, and unsure of what to do. I know firsthand how overwhelming life’s challenges can feel at that age.
I also bring experience in areas like performance, relationships, resilience-building, leadership, and trust. As a retired high-performing athlete, I understand the immense pressure to "have it all together" while secretly struggling on the inside.
As I grew, I found tools to navigate these struggles, and I turned those experiences into my greatest strengths. From building resilience to rebuilding trust, I’ve been passionate in helping others do the same.That’s why I created Pearl Potential—to offer young women the support I wish I’d had during those tough years.
